KTS, founded in June 2004, is a privately owned company based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire serving London and the South East. However we do serve national companies and have more recently carried out testing literally between Scotland and Southampton.

In March 2007 KTS the Partnership became Kingsmead Testing Services Ltd, and ongoing improvements to our company structure will continue to ensure a first class and personal service. We also offer Periodic Inspections for our clients, as well as portable appliance testing.

At KTS, your compliance is our business. You can rest easy knowing that we have taken care of everything - from your report, to remembering your next test. All our experienced engineers are City & Guilds qualified, fully insured and CRB checked.

We are firm believers in quality. Having seen a price war in the market place in recent years we feel that this has not benefitted businesses and organisations in the slightest, as now shoddy workmanship and a lack of care seem to be the norm within the industry which is very sad. We therefore strive to offer the best possible service at fair and reasonable cost.

Who are we?

	Grant Foster has worked for a local company PAT testing for 4 years before deciding to start up KTS together with George. “Our motivation and passion” says Grant, “is providing clients with a better and more thorough job than they would normally expect from a company offering this type of service.”

	George Arbones: George is a workhorse when it comes to on-site management. He is the ideal person to manage a team of people without disrupting our clients’ day-to-day business. He, like Grant, has a passion for being thorough in all aspects of testing; from knowing the right time to test an area without disruption, to liaising with clients regarding all aspects of our visit.
